Honor Thy Mother

I set aside Unfinished Business (oh, the irony) to start in a new direction. I still love that one, but a new story is helping me to better develop my voice.

Honor Thy Mother is my current WIP. Who knows which book I'll finish first. But for now, this one's getting all my energy.

Laura, a recently born-again Christian has a lot of baggage. Starting with an ex-con for a mother. Their estranged relationship takes a dramatic turn when her mother---three years paroled, and now an alcoholic living on the street--decides she wants to travel from Kansas to Florida to live with Laura.
