"Lillian - we cannot open docx - please re-send your document as part of your E-mail. Kindly include this entire E-mail in your response. Thanks for your interest!"
I'm on cloud nine! I got an answer! Hey, my glass is half-full...

Oh, I know how you feel! I've worked hard for the past five years as a freelance writer. The snailbox and the e-mail box are the heart's toughest clients.
